The “Wildlife Collection“ originates from the precise hand of the legendary puzzle artist - John Francis. All eight jigsaw puzzles form an epochal masterpiece consisting of 8,000 pieces and several hundred illustrated animal species. The entire collection dates from a time before the internet and digital image editing thus every detail is hand-drawn and unaltered. Since this unique collection was no longer available worldwide, we have searched for the original art pieces and were successful. The upper four puzzles got realized with the help of the Kickstarter community and can now once again return into the hands of puzzle fans and collectors around the globe. The lower four jigsaw puzzles will be brought back with a second Kickstarter campaign. Thanks to modern printing processes, the entire collection shines with greater precision and colour intensity than ever before. As with all our products, high quality, yet sustainable production is guaranteed.
John Francis is a true jigsaw puzzle legend. His hand-drawn paintings have an unsurpassed precision. He is a wildlife art genius and has drawn countless famous jigsaw puzzles over decades that have been sold worldwide. It has been a great honor for us to be in contact with him and to be able to bring back his fantastic Wildlife Collection.
